| 1960?s-era film comedy with a twist that would have pleased Rock Hudson
Los Angeles—August 9, 2013—Out of the Closet® Entertainment and
Circa87.com present Hidden Hills, a full-length feature film inspired by
the films of Rock Hudson and Doris Day. Set in 1964, the movie presents

Nearly everyone is gay and married. Straight folks gingerly come out of

Hidden Hills takes societal conventions and turns them on their heads,
even with the unusual way the film will be released—for free—on October
11, 2013, just in time for National Coming Out Day. On that day, the
movie will be available for posting to everyone, everywhere—Facebook,
YouTube and every conceivable media outlet that wants to present this
film to their subscriber lists, homepage traffic, newsletter groups and
media galleries.
Starring Ted Trent and Tim O’Leary, the film showcases bright new
Hollywood talent including Joy Sudduth (Criminal Minds), Wendy Shapero
(Robot Chicken) and Chris Fennessy (Zoey 101) and features a performance
and original song by Jane Wiedlin of The Go-Go’s.
The movie was written and directed by Dan Steadman (Red Lodge) whose
first project, Jesus People: The Movie, is to be released in early 2014
and features Wendi McLendon-Covey (Bridesmaids) and Academy
Award® winner Octavia Spencer (The Help). Steadman, also a regular
contributor to The Advocate and The Huffington Post, is now focused on
